• You’re patient, persistent, and enjoy troubleshooting. You’re committed to seeing a problem through to resolution, no matter the challenges.
• You have a strong foundation in plumbing tools and technology and are excited to work with digital platforms like iPads and service software. We’ll teach you the best way to use every tool.
• You’re not afraid of hard work or getting your hands dirty. This job involves indoor and outdoor work in all conditions, but you’ll be helping people restore their homes to safety and functionality.
• You take pride in your professional appearance and customer service. You’ll wear the Mr. Rooter uniform and represent us as the best in the industry.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a huge plus

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an experienced apprentice plumber, you already know the technical aspects of the role, but here are the specific services you’ll provide with us:

• General plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, toilets, sinks, etc.)
• Drain cleaning (jetting, camera inspections, etc.)
• Water heaters, boilers, and radiators
• Sewer line repairs
• Following our Mr. Rooter Process from the initial customer greeting to final payment
