Assistant Bookkeeper /Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

As the Assistant bookkeeper/ Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. This position will assist with financial, clerical, and invoicing, to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment and receivables of invoices. You will assist the lead bookkeeper with basic quickbook data entry. In this role, you will also be responsible for answering some overflow phone calls for service and providing customers with a "WOW" Experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the customers' first experience with our company. This is the point at which we first begin to establish, grow, and maintain our client base. This responsibility will include handling overflow incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Quickbooks experience
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Minimum two years of admin/ customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and computer skills

$18-$21/ hr based on experience
