Business Development Associate (Part-Time)

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Denver is hiring a Part-Time Business Development Associate to help grow our commercial business.
You’ll work side-by-side with our Business Development Manager — making calls, scheduling appointments, and building relationships with commercial clients. We offer paid training, no evenings or weekends, and growth to full-time possible for the right person.

As a Part-Time Business Development Associate on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day will include:
•Make outbound calls to potential clients
•Schedule appointments and follow-ups
•Keep lead lists clean, updated, and moving
•Use CRM, email, and calendar tools to stay organized
•Support day-to-day sales operations and outreach

•Must be 18 years or older
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development
•Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft/Google applications
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business decision-makers
•Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
•Reliable transportation to our Aurora office
•Outgoing, driven, and confident on the phone
•Organized, accountable, and a strong communicator
•Curious and eager to learn how sales really works
•Bonus if you’ve used CRMs or Outlook (but we’ll train you)

Schedule/In-office requirements: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (24 hrs/week), with occasional Fridays as needed — up to 30 hrs/week total.
Compensation: $17 – $22/hr based on experience, with additional earning potential through both performance bonuses and commission. Estimated total earnings of $20–$28/hr with incentives.
