Mr. Rooter seeks a tech savvy Business Operations Administrator who will directly support our President of Corporately Owned locations. The Business Operations Administrator supports daily operations through effective management of data entry, data maintenance, and administrative tasks. If you are proficient in data systems, administrative processes, and enjoy working with data, this is the role for you!

Bring your experience and make a difference:

As a Business Operations Administrator on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for team meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Collect, organize, and input data into internal systems and databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Generate, analyze, and report on data trends and key performance metrics for internal teams.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
  • Act as the point of contact for office operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all departments.


Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications):

  • Intermediate-Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or other database management tools required.
  • CRM experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sense of humor.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in business, administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant role.

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, DOE

Location: 2353 Uravan St, Suite 110, Aurora, CO 80011

Schedule: In-Office Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
