At Mr. Rooter Plumbing, you don’t need a degree in accounting to join our team. (But if you have some, that’s a plus!) You’ll need two years experience in a business setting.

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will work hand in hand with the Owners, helping them achieve the operational and financial goals and build a workplace of choice. You will assist supervisors with the day to day office operations and ensure they are supported.

· Assists Accounting/HR Manager - You’ll help manage our human resource, onboarding, and orientation program. You will be responsible for processing payroll and tracking other key performance metrics of our staff.

· Performing administrative procedures - Ensure the office is operating at peak efficiency.

· Following Our Mr. Rooter Plumbing Process - You’ll be an integral component of our proven service system.

The starting pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience doing similar work.
