As a Crew Leader/Backhoe Operator at Mr. Rooter Plumbing, you will not only operate equipment but also take on leadership responsibilities. Crew Leaders handle purchase orders, ensure on-site safety, maintain customer relations, and serve as the main point of contact for their team. Pay Range: $60-90k depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
- Experience & Skills:
- Valid Class A CDL License (preferred)
- Proven excavation experience
- Proficiency with skid steers and backhoes
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Knowledge of exterior plumbing systems
- Prior experience as a crew leader
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Effectively offering and delivering solutions
