Compensation & Perks

  • Pay Range: $60,000 – $90,000 per year (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do

We measure success through quality workmanship and high customer satisfaction. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Groundwork: Operate equipment efficiently to deliver plumbing solutions.

  • Operate Heavy Machinery: Utilize skid steers and backhoes for residential and commercial excavation.

  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every job is completed with a focus on safety and high-quality results.

  • Solve Problems: Work with your team to offer and deliver the best solutions for our customers exterior plumbing needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven excavation experience is required, specifically with skid steers and backhoes.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of exterior plumbing.

  • Leadership: Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to lead a crew on-site.

  • Durability: Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions.
