Crew Leader

Trench Right, a Neighborly Company, is looking for a Crew Leader who is career focused with a great work ethic and who wants to succeed. We are an excavation company specializing in the repair of sewer, water and storm lines underground. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site crew in initiatives
• Operate medium sized track hoe in residential and commercial areas
• Work with a team to complete tasks quickly and effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Perform other duties as requested

Required Attributes:

• Self-motivated and enjoys working with a team
• Effectively communicate with team members.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Sense of humor.

Education & Experience:

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 1 to 2+ years' experience

Shift/Schedule: Full Time, 40+ hours per week. Weekend shift with 2 days off during the week, (Days to be determined).

Compensation: $20.00/hr - 30.00/hr., DOE
