Specific Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, listening to their plumbing concerns, and providing top-notch support
  • Schedule and dispatch plumbers to job sites based on availability, skillset, and location
  • Communicate job details clearly to both customers and technicians
  • Track jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely service and happy customers
  • Help keep our operations running like a well-oiled (or well-plumbed!) machine
  • Record all customer and job information accurately in our system
  • Submit 3rd party partner invoices and follow up on customer invoices
  • Perform other admin duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service or dispatching (plumbing or trade industry experience is a plus but not required!)
  • Great phone skills—you’re friendly, clear, and professional
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Comfort using technology and software (we’ll train you on ours!)
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who takes pride in doing things right

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
