We are seeking a personable, dependable, and professional individual to join our Customer Service Representative team. The right candidate for this position is familiar with common call center duties and has demonstrated an ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.


Work with Mr. Rooter/Rooter Town Plumbing and you'll have access to the latest technology and top-of-the-line equipment, all so you can tackle the toughest jobs faster. Behind the colorful uniforms and branded vans are pros who get the job done right the first time.

As an On-site Customer Service Representative on the Rooter Town/Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Take and relay message to the appropriate party.
  • Answer questions and direct callers to the appropriate person
  • Schedule plumbing/service appointments
  • Greet visitors providing them with world class service.
  • File paperwork as needed.


Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

  • 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
  • Ability to pass a background + drug test.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States


Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience

Location: 2353 Uravan St Suite 110 Aurora, CO 80011

Shift/On-site office requirements: 1:30pm - 10pm, Weekend/evening shift. Full time, 40 hours. Two days off during the week.
