Plumbing is an essential service that is needed in every economy, and our Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers play a key role in helping homeowners when they need us most. This position is more than just answering phones. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, and coordinate solutions with our managers and service professionals.
No prior customer service experience, dispatching or college degree is required, although all are a plus. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.

As a Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher, you will work closely with management to deliver a first-class customer experience from the first call through job completion.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will begin by training alongside experienced team members. Once fully trained, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer calls and scheduling service appointments
- Communicating with dispatch, managers, and service professionals to coordinate jobs
- Updating customer information and job details accurately in our systems
- Adapting to customer needs and priority changes throughout the day
- Following the proven Mr. Rooter Plumbing customer service process
- Helping ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and reliable service
- Coordinating daily schedules with managers and service professionals
- Ensuring the right technician, tools, and information are sent to each job
- Communicating clearly with customers from first call through payment processing
- Adapting quickly to changing customer needs and operational priorities
- Following the proven Mr. Rooter Plumbing processes
