About the Role

As the Dispatcher & Customer Service Manager, you will oversee daily office operations related to dispatching and customer communication. You will ensure calls are handled professionally, schedules are optimized, and customers receive a best-in-class experience from first contact through job completion.

You will work closely with ownership, management, and service professionals to align operations with company goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the dispatch and customer service team
  • Oversee daily scheduling and job coordination
  • Ensure consistent use of company processes and systems
  • Coach, train, and develop dispatch and customer service staff
  • Monitor KPIs including booking rate, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with management to improve workflows and performance
  • Maintain a positive, accountable, team-oriented office culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatching, customer service management, or office management (service industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Service Titan dispatch software, and digital tools
  • Professional demeanor and high attention to detail
