As an On-Site Dispatcher on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:
- Receives and books customer calls with an 85% accuracy rating.
- Prioritizes work orders and establishes a service call schedule that will optimize the time, and skill sets of the service technicians.
- Monitors location of service technicians throughout the workday to ensure the schedule is maintained.
- Communicates with service technicians by phone, and other communication technology as needed.
- Coordinate delays and changes to the schedule with customers, service technicians, and company software.
Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications).
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of Customer Service, Dispatch, Administrative work, or applicable experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Must have reliable transportation, must be punctual, must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., and must have a sense of humor
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Competitive Pay: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule/In-Office Requirement: 1:30pm - 10:00pm, (Full Time, 40hours per week). Scheduled days off negotiable!
