We’re looking for a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team! This role is Tuesday– Friday (32 hours per week) and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

•            Schedule and dispatch service calls to our technicians

•            Communicate with customers and team members to keep jobs on track

•            Monitor schedules and ensure technicians are set up for success in the field

•            Provide excellent customer service by phone and email

Helpful Skills

•            Experience with ServiceTitan software (a big plus!)

•            Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•            Clear communication and problem-solving skills

•            Previous dispatch or customer service experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

•           Starting at $24/hour, based on experience

•           Steady 32 hours per week (Tues–Friday schedule)
