Dispatchers are the backbone of our operation—you’ll work closely with service professionals and management to ensure every customer receives first-class service.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll start by training alongside an experienced dispatcher. Once up to speed, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

• Coordinating daily schedules with managers and service professionals
• Ensuring the right technician, tools, and information are sent to each job
• Communicating clearly with customers from first call through payment processing
• Adapting quickly to changing customer needs and operational priorities
• Following the proven Mr. Rooter Plumbing processes
