Qualifications

Previous dispatching, customer service, or office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Our dispatchers are the communication hub of the company. Every day you'll work closely with customers, service professionals, and managers to ensure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

After completing your training, you'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling and coordinating technicians throughout the day
• Matching the right technician, equipment, and information to every service call
• Maintaining communication with customers throughout the service process
• Monitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules as priorities change
• Assisting with invoicing and payment processing
• Providing exceptional customer service on every interaction
• Utilizing Service Titan and other technology to manage daily operations
• Following the proven Mr. Rooter Plumbing systems and processes

Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
