Drain Cleaner and Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Cleaner and Sales Specialist to join our team. This position requires a hands-on approach to resolving emergency sewer backups, broken water lines, diagnosing drainage issues, and providing effective solutions, ranging from simple drain cleaning to more complex excavations. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should have strong sales abilities to effectively communicate with customers, assess their needs, and offer additional services as necessary.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers - you don’t smell, have clean clothes, no chewing tobacco in mouth, no cussing/foul language, maintain common societal courtesy.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls for sewer backups, drain blockages, and related issues.
• Diagnose and assess the cause of drainage problems using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform drain cleaning services, including hydro-jetting and snaking.
• Handle excavation and more complex plumbing repairs as needed.

The starting pay range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience doing similar work.

After the initial training period, you will earn generous commissions based on your overall performance, additional work performed, and job profitability.
