As the excavation operator you will be leading your own team of excavation professionals and solving problems for homeowners daily. Our customers are trusting you and your crew to swoop in and save the day and get their home in good

Ideal candidate should have:

  • Class A CDL License, valid (if you can obtain CLASS A CDL License, we will pay for it)
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Teamwork skills -- must be able to work as part of a team and be able to LEAD a team
  • 2+ years excavation experience
  • Experience with backhoe and mini excavator
  • Exterior plumbing knowledge


The starting pay range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 a year, depending on your level of experience.
