Pay Range: $52,000-$70,000 (Depending on experience)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Work closely as a vital team player within our dedicated excavation crew.
Assist in digging, preparing, and grading trenches for underground pipe installation.
Lay, align, and connect plumbing and sewer pipes according to project specifications.
Operate excavation equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Adapt to outdoor working conditions year-round, ensuring jobs are completed safely in all weather.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
Experience: Previous underground and/or plumbing excavation/equipment operating experience is required. (General labor experience in excavation or landscaping is highly preferred).
Physical Capability: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and comfortably crawl into confined spaces.
License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an insurable driving record.
Attitude: A positive, team-first attitude with a strong drive to hit daily and weekly goals.
