- Run residential service plumbing calls independently and professionally
- Diagnose issues thoroughly and present clear, honest repair options
- Perform high‑quality repairs and installations with zero shortcuts
- Follow the Mr. Rooter C.U.S.T.O.M.E.R. experience process to deliver five‑star service
- Conduct whole‑home plumbing inspections and make proactive recommendations
- Maintain clean work habits, accurate documentation, and strong communication
- Treat every home with respect and protect the customer’s property
- Contribute to a positive, accountable field culture as our team continues to grow

Required Qualifications
These are non‑negotiable:
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
- Minimum 3 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and customer‑service skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Professional appearance and communication

Compensation
Starting pay range: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
After onboarding, you will earn generous commissions based on performance and job profitability.
