Position Overview:

You will be responsible for executing plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and solving plumbing issues. You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for exceptional plumbing service, making a significant impact on the success of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters) in commercial and residential structures.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, identifying and diagnosing plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their plumbing needs, cost, and and timelines, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Adhere to all plumbing building codes and regulations.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices.
• Adhere to all company processes and procedures related to day to day operations.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid plumber’s license
• Three or more years of trade experience as a plumber or plumber’s apprentice
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs
• Time management skills
• Ability to drive company vehicles to various commercial and residential sites for work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in client and co-worker relations
• Understanding of current field regulations

Compensation and Benefits:

• $60,000 - $240,000/Year
