We are a locally owned, family-operated company with a mission to become the residential plumbing company our community trusts the most. Our team values Professionalism, Integrity, Accountability, and Support.

This position focuses on completing plumbing installations and larger projects. You will work closely with our service technicians and office to prepare for jobs, communicate progress, and deliver completed work that customers can depend on.

What You'll Do

  • Install tank and tankless water heaters, fixtures, piping, and water treatment equipment as assigned.
  • Perform repipes, water-line replacements, and sewer repairs or replacements appropriate to your experience.
  • Review the approved scope of work and identify material, equipment, and preparation needs.
  • Communicate site conditions or scope changes before proceeding with additional work.
  • Coordinate with service technicians, dispatch, apprentices, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Guide assigned apprentices while maintaining required licensed supervision.
  • Follow applicable code requirements, manufacturer instructions, and safe work practices.
  • Test completed installations, check for leaks, and document work accurately.
  • Protect customers' property, explain completed work, and leave the job site clean.

  • Communicates promptly when conditions change.
  • Works efficiently without compromising quality or safety.
  • Works well with helpers and other licensed plumbers.
  • Takes ownership of the finished result.

Training and Support

You bring practical installation experience. We provide training on our company procedures, documentation standards, customer experience, and service software. Professional development will support your technical skills, project coordination, and ability to take on greater responsibility.

How We Measure Success

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Quality installations that function properly and meet applicable requirements.
  • Effective preparation and efficient use of time and materials.
  • Clear communication about progress and job needs.
  • Thorough testing, documentation, and cleanup.
  • Customer satisfaction and dependable follow-through.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Texas Journeyman Plumber or Tradesman Plumber-Limited license.
  • Minimum two years of relevant plumbing installation experience.

  • Professional appearance and communication.

What You Get

  • Hourly base pay plus commission.
  • Company vehicle and iPad for assigned work.
  • Paid training and professional development.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off.
  • Opportunities to grow into greater installation responsibility and leadership.

Benefits are subject to company policy and plan eligibility.
