Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For

Initially, you’ll team up with a more experienced associate to learn the company systems and approach. Once you are up to speed, you’ll be

initiating strategies and tactics for promoting our company and generating cheerleader customers.

You’ll support awareness of our crucial services for our customers’ homes and families. Here are the things you’ll be responsible for:

· Communicating with the Customer - Monitor and manage reviews, provide responses as directed by the General Manager.

· Monitor and track metrics - Track marketing spend rates and returns on investment, recommend adjustments to marketing campaigns based on results.

· Track performance of vendors - Assess call volume, search engine optimization performance, pay per click costs and ensure webpages are up to date.

· Ensure the franchise maintains brand standards- Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensure vehicles are wrapped within brand standards and manage the marketing budget.

· Following Our Mr. Rooter Plumbing Process - You’ll follow our proven process, from initiating incoming calls to promoting positive customer reviews.

The starting pay range for this position is $XX.XX to $XX.XX per hour, depending on your level of experience doing similar work.
