Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements for the Master Plumer position.

  • Minimum 2 years of prior professional-level Master Plumbing experience.
  • Must hold valid Master Plumbers license in the state of Virginia.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations as well as national and company pluming standards.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with owners, customers, regulatory authorities, and direct reports with respect and dignity.

Pay and Benefits

The starting pay range for our Master plumbers is $80,000 to $100,000 annually depending on your level of experience and involvement in day-to-day operations.

Our service professionals are paid a base salary PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability.
