The Operations Manager for Mr. Rooter, a Neighborly company, will be responsible for overseeing the Service Technicians who perform maintenance, installation, and repair of mainlines.

Bring your experience and make a difference:

As an Operations Manager on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Supervising daily operations and providing exemplary customer service  
  • Training and developing of Service Technicians  
  • Monitor and report on the status of working projects to ensure timely completion.  
  • Enforce company policies by working with subordinates using coaching reports with the intent to motivate and improve performance. 
  • Conducts regular inspections to maintain quality and identify areas of improvement  
  • Serves customers by serving as a resource in answering inquires and responding to special requests 
  • Uses a variety of computer software.  
  • Evaluates area safety needs and provides feedback and recommendations.  
  • Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than their own. 

 

Bring your skills and achieve success, (Required qualifications):

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors preferred 
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in managerial role
  • Ability to mitigate disputes with customers and associates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Sense of humor.

Compensation: $88K – 125K, plus bonuses

Location: 2353 Uravan St Suite 110 Aurora, CO 80011

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm
