Key Responsibilities
Train & Mentor: Hire and develop field technicians through hands-on training and regular performance coaching.
Lead Operations: Oversee scheduling, equipment maintenance, and technician assignments.
Ensure Quality: Conduct site visits to evaluate performance and ensure safety and policy compliance.
Drive Growth: Partner with dispatch and HR to identify training needs and improve field efficiency.
Requirements
Management: 1+ years in a lead or managerial role (Service Manager, Lead Tech, etc.).
Expertise: 5+ years of Residential Plumbing experience.
Training Skill: A proven ability to teach and improve the technical skills of others.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
