The Plumbing Service Manager with Mr. Rooter, a Neighborly Company, will be responsible for managing the operations for the assigned division(s). The Plumbing Service Manager will assist in the development of the Company’s business plan, including service levels and financial goals. Directs associates to assist headquarters teams in the completion of their duties.

As a Service Manager on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Neighborly policy and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Develop service and financial goals and objectives for technicians.
  • Review all reports, activities, and information for presentation to Operations Manager and General Manager
  • Review Technicians and dispatch service and financial targets and monitor results.
  • Coordinate with technicians to analyze team progress towards meeting Service Professional targets and assist Operation Manager and Field Manager(s) to obtain the greatest success overall.


Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

  • Experience: 2 or more years managing a service team PREFERRED. However, we are willing to 'TRAIN UP' the right candidate who does not have the managerial experience. Plumbing knowledge is a MUST.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization
  • Ability to mitigate disputes with customers and associates.
  • Sense of humor is an absolute must.


Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors preferred

Schedule / in-office requirements: Monday- Friday 7am to 4pm 

Location: 4030 E Michigan St Tucson, AZ 85714

Physical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
