What You’ll Do

As a Plumbing Sales Professional, you’ll play a critical role in diagnosing plumbing issues, providing tailored solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Performing Video Inspections: Using specialized camera equipment to diagnose and identify plumbing system issues accurately.

* Customer Consultations: Visiting residential and commercial properties to assess plumbing and water service needs and offer personalized recommendations.

* Providing Solutions: Presenting options and selling plumbing and water services tailored to customers’ unique needs, ensuring their homes and businesses operate smoothly.

* Building Relationships: Developing strong, long-lasting connections with customers by delivering professional and empathetic service.

* Collaboration: Working closely with technicians and the customer service team to resolve any post-sale concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

This role requires a mix of plumbing expertise, sales experience, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have:

* Plumbing Experience: At least 3 years of on-the-job plumbing experience.

* Sales Experience: At least 2 years of outside sales experience (preferred).

* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing products, systems, and video inspection equipment.

* Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex plumbing issues clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Problem-Solving Mindset: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

* Reliability and Work Ethic: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to punctuality, accountability, and delivering high-quality service.

* Compensation: Earn $60,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
