About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing service in residential and light commercial environments, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing - In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Performing drain cleaning and troubleshooting plumbing issues
• Completing minor to complex service repairs and installations
• Reading and working from blueprints and job specifications as needed
• Identifying proper materials and quantities for jobs
• Communicating clearly with customers about findings, solutions, and next steps
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
• Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience
• Licensed plumber or equivalent hands-on experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills with customers, supervisors, and teammates
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
