As a Field Supervisor on the Trench Right team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Manage a team of Excavation Crews
  • Ensure Safety and efficiency on the job.
  • Lead on-site crews in initiatives.
  • Assist crew members with the repair and replacement of underground sewer, water, and storm lines.
  • Operate backhoe/excavators in residential and commercial areas.


Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience plumbing.
  • Plumbing license REQUIRED.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Self-motivated and enjoy leading a team.
  • Effectively communicate with team members.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Education: High school diploma or GED

Competitive Pay: $85K - $105K salary DOE
