Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing electrical and plumbing work to our residential and commercial clients.

You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers. Your work ensures the safe and efficient flow of electricity throughout homes, adhering to local and national electrical codes and safety standards.

Additionally, you will oversee and execute complex plumbing projects, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. Your role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems. You will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and comply with safety standards while diagnosing and solving plumbing issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in homes.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct inspections.
• Adhere to local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Provide reliable and functional electrical systems to homeowners.
• Oversee and execute complex plumbing projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
• Diagnose and solve plumbing issues, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of service experience required
• Journeyman Electrician/Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Initiative and independent judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing complex plumbing projects.
• Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering top-quality service.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $60,000 - $240,000/Year plus bonus
