As a Sewer Repair Sales Technician on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:
- Conduct thorough inspections of sewer lines to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate and detailed assessments of sewer line conditions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Educate customers on sewer line services, products, and preventative maintenance options.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals for sewer line repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in sewer line services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications):
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plumbing or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience. Proven experience in plumbing or sewer line services preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a basic background check and a drug screen.
- A sense of humor.

Compensation: Paid training at a starting base of $20/hr. - $24/hr. (depending on experience). Will move to a commission structure after training. Average commission salary range is $90K - $150K annually.
Shift options: Monday - Friday or Wednesday - Sunday
