Compensation Structure (Transparent & Performance-Based)
This role is built for professionals who understand service and ethical selling.
- $34–$44 per hour (based on experience)
- Daily sales goal: $1,750
- Commission begins at 2.25% once you exceed $1,400 in daily sales
- Tiered commission up to 4%
- $750 bonus at $50,000 monthly revenue
- $1,000 additional bonus at $75,000 monthly revenue
Consistent performers earn $140,000+ annually — even before monthly bonuses.
There is no income ceiling.
If you can diagnose accurately, communicate clearly, and close honestly — you will do very well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sewer camera inspections & diagnostics
- Water heater / Boiler installs
- Main line replacements
- Drain cleaning
- Water heater repair & installation
- Leak detection
- Repipes
- Residential and light commercial service calls
- Emergency plumbing service
You will run your truck like a business with strong support behind you.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a senior-level service plumber who:
Has 5+ years of residential plumbing experience and some commercial experience preferred
Understands plumbing code and best practices
Diagnoses without guessing
Communicates professionally with homeowners
Sells solutions ethically
Maintains a clean, organized truck
Has leadership presence in the field
