Septic Services Trainee

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to learn a valuable trade? Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for a motivated and dependable Septic Services Trainee to join our team. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of septic pumping, repair, service, and hauling, working alongside experienced technicians who will train you on the job.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with septic tank pumping, maintenance, and inspections.

• Learn how to diagnose and help repair septic system issues.

• Support technicians with septic system installations and hauling services.

• Help operate service equipment and vehicles under supervision.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites and equipment.

• Deliver exceptional service to customers, maintaining a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• No experience required-we will train the right person.

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or willingness to pursue one.

• Previous experience in plumbing, construction, or septic services.

• Knowledge of septic systems or utility service work.
