The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact office role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls
  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians
  • Managing daily office operations

You are the control center of the business — what you do directly impacts revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Calls & Booking

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Convert calls into booked jobs (this is critical)
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and urgency
  • Clearly explain pricing, dispatch fee, and service process
  • Maintain a high booking rate

Dispatch & Scheduling

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians throughout the day
  • Optimize routes, job timing, and technician availability
  • Communicate clearly with technicians on job details
  • Manage reschedules, delays, and emergency calls
  • Ensure technicians are fully utilized

Performance & KPIs

You will help track and improve:

  • Call Booking Rate (%)
  • Conversion Rate (%)
  • Average Ticket ($)
  • Technician Utilization
  • Daily Revenue per Truck

You will work with the owner to improve these numbers over time.


Team Coordination

  • Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth operations
  • Help align office and field communication
  • Support and guide other CSRs (if applicable)
  • Help build a team-first culture

Office Operations

  • Manage CRM, job entries, and invoicing
  • Track outstanding payments and follow-ups
  • Ensure jobs are properly documented and closed
  • Support daily administrative tasks

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in hiring technicians and office staff
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding
  • Help support team growth as the business expands
