Skilled Laborer

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled labor role or similar position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment commonly used in construction and maintenance work.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure quality work and adherence to specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems independently and as part of a team.
• Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Perform General Labor Tasks: Execute a range of physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, concrete, removal, and using hand and power tools. Saw cutting concrete, excavating soil and moving spoils out of the home to a dump trailer. Working in crawl spaces to cut out and remove pipe.
• Operate Machinery: Safely operate construction and maintenance equipment, including drills, saws, and other machinery.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from work sites.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and on time.

• Environment: Primarily outdoor work with exposure to varying weather conditions and noise levels.
